Kisoutenguys Inc. Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)

The Company will change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably recognized that the purpose is related to the purpose before the change.

If the purpose of use is changed, the Company will notify users of the changed purpose by the prescribed method or publicly announce it on the website.

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

If the Company deems it necessary to respond to the request based on the preceding paragraph, the Company will correct the personal information without delay.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)

If requested by the person to suspend or delete the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was obtained by improper means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.

If it is difficult to suspend the use of personal information, etc. due to high costs or other reasons, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the user, the Company will take these alternative measures.

Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

The contents of this Policy can be changed without notifying users.Except as otherwise specified by the Company, the changed privacy policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
